Community Sound Bath
Brick Row, 19725 Oak St #9
Fri Jne 15, 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Experience the power of immersive sound as Grant Hill (Ion Sound) weaves a multi-instrumental sonic tapestry of handpan, crystal singing bowls, native american flute, rhythm and more, merging ancient healing instruments with the future of sound technology for an immersive sound healing and meditation experience.

We are all vibratory bundles of energy that get “out of tune” through the everyday stresses of life and the dissonant energies that surround us. Left unattended, the energetic imbalances that result can lead to physical and emotional dissonance that manifest in decreased immune health, neurocognitive deficits, poor sleep, mood imbalances, and more. Immersive sound penetrates matter and on a deep level restores our vibrational energy to pure frequency and brings us back into harmonic resonance and a state of coherence. Combining layers or harmonics with ancient healing rhythms, this immersive soundhealing experience will activate your own inner healing pathways and through auditory driving, shift the brain into Flow State – a state of deep meditation, heightened intuition and creativity.

Feel free to take the experience in any way that feels best for you. Bring a yoga mat and any thing you would like to make yourself as comfortable as possible for the experience such as blankets, bolsters and pillows. Sit or lay in meditation, connect with the music in your body and engage in creative movement or simply sit and take in the experience. Chairs will be provided. Suggested donation: $20
