Flour Power: The Culinary Education That We Could All Learn From

Nobody wants their kids to leave home with a culinary expertise limited to microwaving Easy Mac and boiling Top Ramen. While I can’t argue that these are tasty options, they certainly aren’t sustainable food choices.  Flour Power, Cornelius’ very own culinary education business, will melt all those motherly worries away by exciting your children about new foods, teaching life skills, and maybe even teaching them to cook something for you! With an ever-changing menu of recipes ranging from muffin tin meals and fresh pasta to lava cakes and homemade ice cream the possibilities are endless (and delicious).

Whether you are struggling to find a sitter for Friday night movie date night, looking for an idea to throw your child the best birthday party, or just looking for an exciting new summer camp option, Flour Power has got you covered.  Their class offerings are extensive and their events are customizable, so you can rest assured you will be satisfied with your culinary education experience.

Although making cupcakes is fun, healthy options are equally as exciting!

Better yet, Flour Power does not only offer classes for little chefs, but chefs of all ages and abilities. That’s right, with their Sip N Stir classes, you can grab a friend, your favorite beer or wine, and hit the kitchen to meet some new friends, and enjoy a delicious dinner and a game of trivia to top it all off.  Who knows, maybe you will even add some of their recipes to your weekly dinner rotation! You could even book a class for your next corporate team bonding event. After all, learning to cook is the gift that keeps giving.
