Sip & Sketch
Friday, Dec. 9
20700 Main St.
Imagine escaping to a Parisian studio for some wine, and painting, and wine, and painting. No need to fly – just head to Café Elie in the Chair Factory this Friday and “wine-d” down with some friends at #OTC’s art studio.
The warm, welcoming, world-renowned artist, Elie Bou Zeidan, who painted the mural “Café Des Artistes” on Catawba Avenue, offers regular Sip & Sketch classes in his Main Street shop. He invites you to bring your favorite bottle of wine and your BFFs, and he’ll supply the rest: canvasses, paints, and an art lesson. At the end of the class, you will leave with a beautiful painting worthy of display in your own home.
Cost is $35 and includes the canvas and supplies. Register here
